Book artists for your corporate event

Corporate events are judged differently to social ones. The entertainment has to work for a mixed audience, keep to a fixed running order, and stay on the right side of a brand's tone - all while the schedule slips around it. The artists on this page are used to that environment: they arrive early, work to a brief, take direction from an event manager, and handle a soundcheck without drama. Whether it is an annual day, a sales conference, a product launch or a team offsite, we can put forward artists who have done it before across India.

How to choose the right artist for a corporate event?

Be clear about the slot the entertainment occupies. A twenty-minute act between sessions is a completely different brief to a two-hour evening set after the awards. Think about your audience honestly: a room split across age groups and regions usually needs a broader set list than a young team offsite. Ask whether the artist has worked corporate rooms before, because playing to a seated, sober audience at 4pm is a different skill from playing a wedding at midnight. Confirm how much they can be directed - good corporate performers will take a brief on language, content and length without treating it as interference. And for anything with speeches or awards, an experienced anchor is usually the difference between an event that flows and one that drags.

What to book for different corporate formats

Annual days and award nights tend to work best with an anchor to hold the structure, followed by a live band or DJ once the formal part ends. Conferences and product launches often need something shorter and more contained - a solo singer during registration, an instrumental act between sessions, or a compact live set at the close. Team offsites and sales meets suit higher-energy options, where a DJ or a stand-up comedian works well, provided the comedian understands what is appropriate for a workplace audience. Dealer meets and gala dinners usually call for a live band or a Sufi set that supports conversation rather than replacing it. If you are unsure, tell us the format and we will suggest what fits.

Budget guidance

Corporate budgets vary more than any other category, because they depend heavily on the artist's profile and the length of the performance. A solo singer for a registration slot is at one end; a well-known live band for a large annual day is at the other. Costs rise with travel outside the artist's home city, with technical requirements, and with weekday bookings in peak conference season. If you are working to an approved budget, tell us the figure at the start - it saves considerable back-and-forth, and we would rather show you three artists who genuinely fit than ten who do not.

Frequently asked questions

Can artists perform to a specific brief or theme?

Yes. Most artists we work with are comfortable adapting their set to a theme, a language preference, or a content guideline. Share the brief early and we will match you with artists who can genuinely deliver it rather than approximate it.

Do you provide invoices and formal documentation?

Yes. Corporate bookings are handled with proper invoicing and written confirmation of scope, timing and deliverables, so it fits your procurement process.

How long does a typical corporate performance last?

Most sets run between 45 and 90 minutes, often split across the evening. Shorter slots of 20 to 30 minutes are common for conferences. We will confirm exact timing as part of the booking.

Can you arrange artists outside major metros?

Yes. We arrange artists for corporate events across India, including smaller cities and resort venues. Travel and accommodation are agreed in advance and included in the quote.

Do you handle sound, lighting and staging?

Some artists travel with their own equipment; for larger events the venue or your production partner usually provides it. We will tell you exactly what is included so nothing is assumed.

How much notice do you need?

Two to four weeks is comfortable for most corporate bookings. Peak season and high-profile artists need longer. If your date is close, contact us anyway — short-notice bookings are often possible.
